Brow Zhuzh Beauty stands by the quality of all of our products. However, you are welcome to return unopened and unused merchandise within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment.

Opened or used merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of delivery for store credit to be used within 1 year after date of issue. 

Please contact us to receive a return authorization prior to sending your return.

Only items purchased on www.browzhuzhbeauty.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from www.browzhuzhbeauty.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Brow Zhuzh Beauty products.
